Founded by Rhea Fawole, CEO and Principal Lawyer, SOLVi brings over 20 years of experience within the Australian Government — including 12 years in senior roles at the Department of Home Affairs and as a Director in the Department of Health and Ageing. Having led program and policy teams, trained visa decision-makers, and worked in the Immigration Minister's office, Rhea's insider experience provides a deep understanding of how migration decisions are made and how government policy shapes immigration pathways.
